About
My name is Marietta Rendlen.
Over the past 17 years, I’ve led large-scale organizing programs, multi-employer bargaining campaigns, and statewide legislative coalitions—experience that has prepared me to take on strategic, operational, and leadership responsibilities immediately.
I’ve managed some of the largest internal organizing teams in the country, built systems for planning and accountability, and led member-driven actions that achieved historic equity and wage gains.

Currently, I work nationally to support organizations in developing tailored organizing programs that respond to today’s political and economic challenges. By collaborating with leadership teams, I ensure strategies reflect the unique needs of members and the local landscape, creating concrete plans to win.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on developing leaders, strengthening organizational infrastructure, and driving ambitious campaigns to victory. My commitment is simple: empower movements to build power and achieve lasting change.
